Cancellation Policy
Area 50 Fun Party Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change! Because your party room, staff, and scheduled time are reserved specifically for your group, the following policy applies to all Area 50 Fun party reservations: Party deposits are non-refundable. 7+ days before the party: You may reschedule your party one time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Less than 7 days before the party: Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted at Area 50 Fun management's discretion and may require a $50 rescheduling fee. Within 48 hours or no-shows: No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided. Weather or emergencies: If Area 50 Fun must close and cannot host your party, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a refund of payments made. Guest count changes: Final guest counts should be provided before the party. Reducing the number of guests does not reduce the base package price. Late arrivals: Your reserved party-room time will not be extended due to late arrival.
